i like Lazada except for one time na bumili ako ng toy for my niece. Sobrang mura lang. Para syang toy microphone with stand and other buttons for sound effects.  I checked the description and it was mentioned there what the buttons are for.  Nung dumating yung product, walang buttons.  Stickers lang pala yun. Iyak tawa na lang ako, di ko na binalik kasi nagwowork naman yung microphone.  Lesson learned, if the product is cheap, it's cheap for a reason.

Zalora though is good.  And the merchants are more reputable.

If you're paying in installments, hindi pwede debit card as far as I know. If you're paying in full, then there shouldn't be a problem.

I've been using EON card. Last month may promo ang Unionbank. You'll get a 10% discount using your unionbank debit/credit card on your next purchase. I don't lately kung meron.

Never pa akong nag-online shop sa Zalora kasi hindi naman ako masyado sa damit.  More on mga gamit pambahay so Lazada pa lang ang na-try ko.  Mukhang OK din ang Shopee (paumanhin, OT) kaso yung ibang items na gusto ko doon wala silang COD.

Yeah their delivery is good! If 'sold and fulfilled by Lazada' would the item be original? Say travel luggage?

Zalora's more into clothes, Lazada's more into household goodies. Sa Lazada wala pa ako nabibili, pero ok rin naman sya kasi yung kapatid ko bumibili rin dun - pero sa Lazada store and SM Store lang.
Nung gumamit ako ng Shopback for Zalora  - this was Zalora Visa promo 11-11 sale, if you're a first time customer in Zalora- you'll get 50% rebate - palya, rejected yung claim ko, nag todo shopping pa naman ako for myself and xmas gifts dahil sa 50% na promo pero zero naman pala makukuha ko

^^I'm using shopback also for my purchases in Lazada and Zalora. Ok naman yung rebates ko for the Visa promo. We bought an aircon unit in Lazada and umabot din ng 1k yung rebate ko from Shopback.

I've bought a number of items from Lazada.  Gadgets, mobile accessories, even shirts.  Usually good deals, all the more if you use their promo vouchers.  Most of the time I pay COD.  Delivery time is from 2 days to a week, except when you order from an international source, then it takes 2-3 weeks.

Always read the reviews about the item from reputable external sites, then read the reviews about the supplier from the Lazada site.  But beware of fake reviews from the suppliers themselves.

For clothes talagang mas okay bumili sa Zalora. pag 11.11 at 12.12 ako kadalasan namimili dun kase talagang bagsak presyo at quality ang clothes mga sis.

some tips lang, pag bumili ng shoes itapak sa basahan/rag pag nag try-on kayo para kung ire-return walang hassle. pag damit naman make sure po na wala kayong makeup o heavy pabango kung mag try-on. kung magre-return because of some defects or di same ang dumating na item sa picture sa website, send a photo na of the item pag nag email kayo para mabilis ang transaction ng return/exchange.

I like the brands in Zalora. And mostly online shopping for clothes ko sya.

Si Lazada, on the other hand, is my online shopping go-to kapag other items, like household, electronics etc.

I love them both!
