^ang nag-inform sa amin rep ng developer. contact daw kami once okay na. 2 days ago, pag-ibig called my husband's workplace to verify details about his employment kaya waiting kami...wala pa kaming narereceive

Hi sis, any ideas/ estimate how much kaya ang 3 bedroom house thru PagIbig that we can pay for 10 years lang? Preferably metro manila area.

 (yung isang room is for the househelp & nanny so it doesnt have to be big).
Typical home with small garden and 1 parking.

Hindi pa umuusad yung loan namin kasi yung Pag-ibig nagpunta sa house namin 3 Sundays ago. Surprise visit daw sabi sa mother ko.  I was at the grocery. Nakuha ng developer yung info from them last Thursday. Notice of deficiency kasi hindi daw ako na-CI as co-borrower. The developer had to request for them to conduct another visit. I called the Pag-ibig hotline and I was told na after masubmit lahat ng documents and magawa yung CI, saka maprocess talaga para mabigay na yung takeout notice. Complete documents na kami, yung CI na lang talaga nagkaaberya. Hay naku. I didn't know naman na pati pala weekends, they go to the houses to conduct the CI. Hintay kami nang hintay tapos yun na lang daw kulang.

i think you dont have to be physically present during CI. nung sakin naman never ko na meet any representative ng pagibig, nung nag CI sila parents ko lang din ang humarap tinanong lang daw kung dun ako nakatira then ok na.

^that's what i also thought kasi sa car loan sa bank nga ng brother ko wala naman dito. they took pictures of our house lang tapos tinanong if dito nakatira. kaya i was surprised when my husband told me na kaya daw may deficiency because hindi daw nakita yung co-borrower (me) sa house when they visited. nagtanong nga mother ko na bakit biglang may CI tapos hindi ako informed. sabi daw sa kanya surprise.

Hello po, sorry im out of topic pero kasi wala ako mahanap na thread para sa problem ko, at hindi ko alam pano mag start ng new topic.
Ask ko lang po advice or opinion kung sino man naka experience or may alam how to petition for encumbrance in title sa court ng QC? Yun kasi gusto ng reg of deeds, ayaw nila tanggapin papers namin kasi hindi na cancel ang encumbrance noong natubos  1970s pa. At yung  pacific  bank matagal na ring closed. At yung release mortgage hindi namin mahanap after mamata si papa, so wala kaming copy ng release mortgage.
Pag petition po ba sa court paano po process, steps gaagwin at mga requirements na kailangan, kailangan pa ba namin ng abogado? Nag malungkot, hirap na hirap na kami maka bayad ng taxes and all tapos eto na naman. Kaya po pala kami nasa reg of deeds, kasi may donation ako from my mother na syang may ari ng lote, so as maybahay noong araw, talagang bahay lang sya, wala sya g alam noon sa mga paglakad ng mga papel na yan.
