Does diet coke make a difference?
« on: May 31, 2023, 03:54:30 am »
Hi! First time posting here, I have a small curious question. I am trying to count my calory intake every day, but as you know, the "fit" lifestyle comes with a variety of information overload, so you often find yourself in the middle of contradictory statements.

I completely replaced coke with Coke zero wherever I feel like drinking it, but I was told by a medical student it doesn't make a difference. Acording to her, even tho the calory intake is different, your body apparently automatically balances out the missing calories, as it's already somehow conditioned to receive them while drinking coke 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 .

To be honest, this sounds like absolute BS to me and I haven't found any public studies that support this claim, but also human bodies are weird. Did you ever hear this claim and could there really be some truth to that?

Also I know Coke Zero is not healthy anyway, but that's not what I am asking.
