Are lined trousers still a thing?

I'm looking for lined trousers, straight leg or tapered, high rise size. Do lined trousers still exist? I went to a few high end stores and tried on pants. They fit, but they emphasized and showed every bump. I have a small waist and a booty and thicker thighs, so ideally it would be a curvy fit but I can always get that part tailored. Search results for lined trousers gives me fleeced lined pants which is not what I want. It's frustrating! At this point I will pay up to find lined trousers. Twenty years ago they existed, I remember and had a few pairs! Where can I find them, anyone know?
