The problem with jade rollers ang lamig sa umpisa pero ang bilis uminit. Kapag nawalan na ng lamig nagkaka-friction naman at nagproproduce ng heat. For me mas matagal matunaw yung ice cubes.

I saw Jade Roller sa Japan Homes, worth P88.00. Sabi ni ate cashier totoo naman daw yun pero Filipino made kaya mura. Pero I never tried it. I'm just using ice on my face, it's better nga. Or yung aloe vera gel nilalagay ko sa ref para malamig kapag nilagay ko sa face ko.

... the jade itself is not the one that is healing the skin or doing the task..it's just a form of low key cryotherapy for the face, meaning kelangan lang something malamig... It's the same concept as pagrub ng yelo sa mukha or spoon at cucumber sa eyebags.

Natawa ako, ako din although i did a lot of searches naman talaga on every item na binibili ko but it always starts with because of the hype. And yes, finally got my Jade and Rose Quartz roller and i am enjoying them:D

And by the way the Gua Sha, i use it to massage hubby's back since siya naman nagbayad ng rollers ko

i wanna buy a jade roller and gua sha na rin as well! ever since the get go lisa eldridge swears by it. my face is oily combination and gusto kong maging lifted/youthful ang dating ng  fes ko hehe. my sister enjoys the gua sha more than her roller and i think mas mura ang gua sha? i got inspired as well because i think her face looks more lifted now but she has only been using it ng less than a week.

will a gua sha alone be sufficient to meet my goals in life hehe

^ Honestly, Gua Sha alone is enough na for me, mas maganda gamitin, pero dahil may jade at rose ako inaalternate ko nalang. Ang kagandahan sa rollers ramdam na ramdam ko yung lamig.
