yes sis please let us know sino ang doctor mo and saang hospital i've been experiencing anxiety attacks and i think this is also a panic disorder plus sa tingin ko may emetophobia talaga ako. that's the reason why i can't or refuse to go out. hay medyo mahirap.

hello mga sis, apologies for hijacking this thread, wala pa po kasi akong right mag create ng new topic.

Question ko po sana is san po ba may murang psychiatrist? I tried po pumila sa pgh before and I was pre-diagnosed with BPD, pero di na ko nakabalik since i have to around by 6am and wala akong pwedeng makasama.

For those with panic disorder (like me!), I recommend consulting a psychologist (besides or even more than a psychiatrist). Psychologists do more therapy kasi, so more of help with lifestyle changes, etc. while psychiatrists are doctors who are able to prescribe medicines. Since most people with anxiety are scared of medicines, psychologists are usually more helpful. For some people, combination of both medicines + therapy is beneficial. For me, CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helped a lot. I still get anxious every now and then but not as bad or as often as before.
