I got one from RLC and so far wala naman problem but other condo owners were complaining about leaks. So siguro swerte lang din. One thing I chose RLC is "location-wise", other than that wala na siguro. I don't like the amenities though. I would prefer living in mid-rise condo but usually these are located sa medyo malayo na sa business district. I also bought condo para makaiwas sa traffic din.

DMCI is known to develop quality condos. Di lang yung unit mismo but the amenities as well. We have one pero naturnover na sya sa rockwell ngayon. It's a-okay naman except for the location. Sobrang traffic going to and from.

Currently residing in a Cityland condo. Super marerecommend ko sya. We got a bigger size compared sa newly built condos; 45sqm for a 1bedroom unit. Makapal yung walls, when inside the unit, di mo na maririnig yung mga kapitbahay mo unless nasa corridor sila. Location-wise, super okay kasi we live in a CBD, katabi lang namin malls. The only problem I have is the elevator and the garbage chute. There's only 2 active elevators serving almost 40 floors(including rooftop and parking basements). Tapos since luma na rin tong bldg, lagi pa naka-maintenance yung elev, so we have to line up ng upto 30mins just to ride the elev.  Yung garbage chute naman, I think is because dugyot lang yung ibang nakatira dito.

^sis, mind to ask which location Cityland is this and how much TCP?

I also heard about this na quality condos naman ang DMCI kaso super sablay lang talaga sa location.

Best condo na rent to own? What is the maximum years to pay?

I have a unit megaworld ang developer. Old building na siya mga 8years. Old na, so far ok naman puro foreigners ang neighbors ko. Konti lang units per floor and bihira ako may makasabay sa elevator. Makakapal din walls niya kaya wala ako naririnig na kahit anong sound sa mga katabi kong unit.

Township siya kaya tapat ng building ko mall na. What i like about it is the convenience na tatawid lang ako may mall na, baba lang ako ng building may grocery na, walking distance lang lahat. Pet friendly yung building so pwede ko dalhin yung dog ko.

Yung swimming pool olympic size pero half of it is covered so kahit tanghaling tapat pwede mag swimming.

hi sisses. up ko lang itong thread. tanong ko lang dun sa mga nag loan sa bank, gaano nyo katagal bago nakuha yung mortgage docs - condominium certificate of title and tax declaration? sa BPI kasi 15 days processing after pay off ang loan (account closure), pero sa experience ko almost 2 months na wala pa rin update.

Any condos less than 3M within mandaluyong area?

^ As far as I know walang lower than P3M sa Mandaluyong area. Even studio units or resale units are more than P3M na. Bihira na mga ganyang price, usually mga di sikat or bagong developer and wala sa sentro. I hope may mahanap ka.
