^May nabasa akong blog with that same pic ni Gigi Hadid na nirecommend yung NYX Matte in Maison. Nung nakita ko yung swatch parang close nga. May gray tone lang yung sa NYX or perhaps the slim lip pencil in Espresso.

i swatched yesterday yung liquid matte lipstick ng city colors, i just forgot the shade, it's a chocolate brown. basta its the darkest brown of that line, in fairness sa swatch ko, long lasting.

I think Limbo's their brownest. It's apparently a dupe for Kylie Jenner's True Brown K. Hinahanap ko rin to na on-hand pero wala pa akong makita haha

Parang ang gandang chocolate brown shade nung Nature Essentials Velvet Lip Creme in Adore. Toned-down Kylie Jenner's True Brown K naman daw ito and mas wearable. It looks pretty sa swatch. Not sure though if I can pull it off. Di parin talaga ko nakakakita ng brown lippie na hindi ako magmumukang 10 years older.

^ yap i agree, and mejo mahirap humanap ng flattering shade for dark brown. i think any dark lipstick, whatever the shade, somehow, has that "nakakamature" effect. i think the key is to match with a glowing face makeup, para youthful parin.

^Sabagay tama ka sis. Whenever i wear a dark red lippie, muka akong matured pero I still feel good, parang ang sexy kasi ng dating. lol. But when i tried wearing a brown lippie, muka akong natuyot at gumurang ng 10 years. Ano ba yun? Bakit si Gigi Hadid ang gorgeous sa brown lippie? Hay. Siguro I'll settle muna sa mga "pa-safe" na browns. Will research more.

Me naman, hindi ako nagmumukhang matanda.. what I do is pag brown lippie gamit ko, dapat white pale face.. as in pale like geisha haahh, walang blush on or anything.. kilay lang, tapos ayun na.. 

parang nakakatanda kasi tingnan pag  brown lippie na tapos may blush on ka pa.. sakin lang naman ha,.. yun lang kasi napansin ko.

Enablers talaga kayo mga sis! Parang gusto ko rin tuloy mag try ng brown lippy. Yan na lang ata wala ako. I have the basic reds (blue-based, orange-based), some purples (ranging from lavender to full blown violet), nudes, orange and MARAMING pink (fave shade ko!). Parang wala sa pagkatao ko mag brown lippy kasi tweetums ang personality ko, pero for a change, diba? Start muna ako sa mga mumur lang para in case hindi bagay, hahaha

^^ correct ganyan din ginagawa ko basta dark ang lipstick ko. pale flawless makeup lang, minsan with contour. and highlight is a MUST.

Bigay ng tita ko last night lang, ULTA Matte lipstick in sweet caramel (249) di ko lang sure kung meron dito. and i LOVE IT. pwede sha for daytime and night time, i also like the packaging

Bought EB in "Toast of New York" today as my "starter brown lipstick." So far, I'm loving it!

Yung makeup ni Mariel Rodriguez w/ Toni and Bianca. Ang ganda ng makeup nya dun, hindi pale yung face, naka subtle contour and highlight kasi illuminating yung face nya dun tapos brown-gray lipstick. Ang bongga, ang ganda sa kanya. Tapos yung hair nya pa is black and wavy, para syang nasa 1920's?

^^saw mariel rodriguez in person na ganun make up niya..  in person sobrang pale ng face  niya, contour lang sa cheeks brown lipsticks and super heavy make up sa eyes.. ang haba and black ng lashes (false lashes) . . Sobrang na star struck kami that time.. bet namin make up niya
