Has anyone tried joining WFMA? My friend is inviting me to join. Their goal is financial literacy. Is it worth joining?

Yeah, they said their goal is financial literacy and they do hold workshops and seminars which I think really teaches the members about financial management and the like. Pero to a degree, to me it's kind of an MLM na din kasi nagrerecruit sila. A former office mate introduced a friend of hers to me because I'm looking to sign up for an insurance. But, when we met imbes na insurance ang pagusapan namin aba, nagbigay ng presentation sa WFMA! What the F! Naturn off ako. It turns out tied pala ang Philam sa WFMA. Crossed out na sila sa list ko kasi it seems na ang pag-offer nila ng insurance eh pangdagdag points lang para tumaas yun 'level' nila. Example lang, pag naka 5 sales nasa level 1 ka, which means may comm ka na 2%, pag 10 sales, level 2 with 3% comm and so on. Di ba parang MLM na din.
