Why pants keep tearing at the crotch area?

I just lost another pair of jeans within a calendar year and I have had it. Its always right next to the seam for the crotch area. The tears are usually parallel to the seam. I do frequently walk in them and i rotate my pants every week or if a stain appears or I just deel like changing it up. Jeans, joggers, adidas soccer pants, they all do that. I do have stocky thighs because I walk basically everywhere and used to be very intensive with working out and leg day was never skimped out on. For jeans I wear a waist size 33 and inseam 30 which generally is a smidge loose but I wear a belt and wear wither tapered fit or slim fit, for non numeric I wear a medium( well at least for adidas) because large even when tied down is very loose. At 5'8 and 175ish lbs I'm not super overweight enough for it to be an issue.

Problem is what do? I'm not going back to relaxed or straight fit because quite frankly on me it looks disgusting and I wear thinner shoes and dont like stepping on my pants. It could be thigh rub due to my right leg angling a bit more outward if anyone knkws what to do please be my guest.
