^that's my biggest fear!! Did you bend or twist your torso to cause the tear? Does it hurt?

Having fears as well. Had a normal delivery with my first but was told that CS might be the better option this time because of several complications.

Hi mommy khrisee. Had my c section just last dec 9. naramdaman ko rin yan. In my case kasi I have allergies to common painkillers like mefanamic acid so Paracetamol binigay sa akin. I really feel for you. Halos lagnatin na ako sa hospital. So Binigyan ako ng tramadol and paracetamol. I hope you were already given the right painkillers na  so you could recover faster.

^^talk to your OB about pain relief, kasi i have friends who say their CS experience was totally painless!

^oh wow! How did you cope with the pain? Did the alternative pain meds work? After that experience I never want to have another baby again, it was just too tramatizing
