Who has stayed in one of their hotels? Is it family friendly? feedbacks po. we are planning to have an overnight staycation in manila with the kids (a toddler and a 9year old). thanks!

I haven't been to the Marriott hotel in RWS Manila but Marriott is a fantastic chain at 4-5 stars so that should be a fantastic choice.

Remington Hotel, Resorts World Manila.. dyan work si hubby matagal na.. Ok naman dun. Yup for me family friendly naman dun.

The suites/rooms at Maxims are really nice. Beds and beddings are soft and comfy. In-room massage service is sulit kasi it's not that expensive considering na nasa hotel. Pool is lovely, sarap tumambay. Di kami nag-swimming though. Great choice for staycation.

Marriot, di pa ako naka-stay sa RW. But I would expect nice rooms din since it's a well-known hotel brand naman.

Remington, mura. Nice and spacious lobby. The rooms are pretty basic. Tiny toilet & bath. The standard rooms don't even have a fridge. And the windows of some rooms face rooms on the other wing of the hotel, so lagi lang sara ang curtains for privacy. Standard rooms have 2 queen beds so pwede for families. The "premiere" rooms are basically the standard room, but with only 1 queen bed + fridge + a mini-living area. That's it. Hassle pa, kasi they don't have a resto so you have to take your breakfast sa other building pa (choose either sa resto sa ground floor ng casino or sa Cafe Maxims. If you have a minor with you, sa Cafe Maxims lang pwede).
Ok na if you only need tulugan, and will spend most of your waking hours sa casino or sa mall. Or if you have an early/late flight.

As to being family-friendly, I guess family-friendly naman generally yung area. Kasi me mall - pwede shop ng konti, dami restos, cinema, arcade, etc. And for the adults, there's the casino. Minsan lang medyo madami nagyoyosi sa mga driveways & sidewalks outside the buildings..

^ merong mini-mall, so you can do some shopping. Dami din restos. Me cinema (up to late-night or madaling-araw screening). Merong mala-Timezone na maliit (forgot the name). Me Newport Performing Arts Theater, if nataon na me ongoing show. Sa casino floor, meron din nar sa gitna. Me performers every night.

How about restaus? Ano recommended nyo? And what to order?

^ so many to choose from. From fast food to hotel buffet to high-end restos (steak, Japanese, etc), and everything in between. Really depends on your budget.

Check their website for the list of restos in the mall and in the hotels in the complex.

Na-try ko na sa Remington. Very basic nga lang, 2 queen sized beds and maliit na toilet.
Talagang tulugan at liguan lang which is ok lang nung nag-stay ako kasi most of the day nasa labas naman ako. Walang resto sa mismong Remington, you have to go out pa. May 7-11 at Mcdo naman pagbaba ng hotel. Yung free breakfast ko nun sa Victoria Harbour Cafe na andun pa sa may Casino, masarap naman breakfast nila.

Pwede din mag-shopping at mag-food trip sa RW bukod sa Casino. Dami din naman shops at restos dun.

^ walang pool sa Remington, as far as i know.. sa Maxims nice ang pool, pati yung mga poolside cabanas nila ok.

^^Remington hotel does not have a pool and you cannot use the pool at either maxims or mariott.
