anyone working here? how much they offer and what are the benefits? what accounts they have? hows the working environment? tia!

bakit nga walang nagreply dito? walang GT'er na taga BOA? I think may opening sila? kasi yung friend ko nagpa refer dun sa isa niyang friend na nagtatrabaho here (Alabang branch)

BOA's Customer Service is handled by Teletech, or maybe one of their Customer Service Sites that is. My aunt is a TL kasi sa Teletech Novaliches and she told me that the Teletech Technohub site will be handling this account, salary is 23K and up.

really? kala ko mataas sila magbigay. may mga nabasa kasi ako na nasa 30k + yung package na binigay sa kanila.

Ang nakakaloka pinantayan lang nila yung existing salary ko.

hirap makapasa pero i heard my friend was offered 30k package. ako before dinagdagan naman nila ng 3-4k kaso nun nalaman preggy ako, ayun dinelay nila kaya i started looking for another one.

Malaki daw ang offer nila before, especially when they were trying to get experienced employees from other financial BPOs (ex. JPMorgan, Citi, HSBC, etc.).  Tapos after a while, bumaba na yung offer nila.  I guess marami na silang nakuhang experienced employees kaya di na nila kailangan mag-offer ng premium na compensation para mang-entice ng applicants from other companies.

Bank of america i think is under BA Continuum in BGC.  my brother used to work there, sobrang mahirap daw makapasaok, strict sa background check. pero pag nakapasok ka worth it naman daw, ang taas ng offer.  he was getting daw  more than 15k per cut off pero mahirap ang work
