I just want to know kung sino na rito ang nag pa flu shot? Where can I avail it and how much? TIA

Can anyone refer me to a clinic or a doctor who can administer adult doses of MMR, flu and DTap (DPT,Tdap)? Thank you. They should also be able to provide me with a certificate. Thank you.
