Lower waist pain on seniors

My mom is 60+, this morning she suddenly cannot stand and walk straight. Sumasakit daw yung bewang nya and kapag diniretso nya yung tayo nya mas masakit daw.

I will have her check by a doctor, pero what do you suggest is the best treatment for lower waist pain.

Also, what is the best multivitamins for senior women aged 60++?

hello sis.. have her check by doctor for monitoring. Well, i hope no serious medical condition is causing the pain. I do recommend procosa and biomega for her ..well thats the recommendation of a nutritional doctor in a seminar i attended with last wednesday.
