Hi mga sis, I have a question. Kung natanong na to please direct me.

Yun girlfriend ng brother ko, delivered a baby girl last week. Unfortunately since my brother is out of the country he can't sign the affidavit that he claims the baby. The lying in center only gave them until May 8 to process the papers but since overseas nga it's impossible.

Are there any other ways / legal ways na pede namin gawin para maging last name ni brother ang gamitin ni baby? TIA

After further research, I found out that they could just do the late registration to avoid the hassle.

hi sis ako din ganyan issue ko since my bf is still in the [textspeak!] , sabe pag uwi na lang ayusin kaso late registered mahirap kasi kung papadala pa sa [textspeak!].
