what is your preferred time for Bday Parties?

Preferred ko talaga 1PM-5PM kasi galing pang Bulacan and Laguna yung visitors namin.  Kaso having a hard time booking party hosts kasi 3PM daw sila pwede.  Masyado na gagabihin guests ko.  Pag 11 naman parang masyadong maaga.

Ganun ba talaga yun? Party hosts have time slot of 11AM-2PM and 3PM-6PM?

Hi rogz888 Parang ganyan nga ata. Akala ko rin dati depende sa time ng party mo eh. When I booked Wizzo for our 2-6PM party, sabi niya 3PM pa daw siya pwede. I wondered and checked if he will be coming from a previous event, he then mentioned he have those time slots. Apparently, 3 hours lang ang service. Naisip ko ok lang rin, at least once the program starts majority, if not all guests, are already in Some of our guests will be coming from Laguna, too

^halos lahat ng natanungan ko me lunch and afternoon time slot.  e pina reserve ko sa venue, 1PM-5PM.. ok lang sana sken yung 3 hours ang service at 3PM na mag start yung program kasi meron namang photobooth/foodcarts.. kaso pag ganun, yung ibang bisita namin e excited umuwi.. baka pagkakain e magsialisan na dahil gagabihin sila..

Usually, if you get the well know hosts like Wizzo, Chayno, Chubster, Flooch, etc, may definite party slots talaga sila. One slot in the morning and one slot in the afternoon. If 1-5pm and pinareserve mo, mas okay if ilalagay mo sa invites is 1pm or 1:30 pm para before 3 pm nandun na sila lahat. Based on experience kasi, guests come in at leat 1 hr later than sa time na nakaspecify sa invites. Yun nga lang you will end up paying an extra hour sa venue if the reservation is until 5 pm lang.

Pero meron din naman mga magician hosts na hindi ganun kastrict sa time slots, so may opt to get them instead. Kasi possible talaga na mag-uwian na guests if maaga ang call time and nakakain na sila. Di din naman kasi pwede na paghintayin mo sila ng matagal before you serve the main meal.

^^true no? May oras lang talaga sila na sinusunod akala ko kasi may nakasched din na party kahit pala wala?

Yun oras kasi ng bisita iniisip rin natin dahil d lahat ok na gabihin.

thanks sis cecil65! yung bnf ata hindi strict sa time.  planning to get them. masyado kasi maaga yung 10AM smen tapos masyadong late kung 2PM-6PM.. Sunday kasi yun.. me pasok kinabukasan so baka magmadali mga bisita..

sis stormy, tama ka.. kahit walang naka sked na party e yun pa rin yung time nila..

aminin ko me time din kasi na ganun ako.. na pagkakain parang gusto ko na umuwi lalo na pag malayo yung party at gabi na.. hahaha!
