@tyslolakins: thanks ever so much! appreciate it! ♥♥♥

it came to a point na rin kasi na nagkakaroon na ng mga away (resulting to kapalpakan) sa trabaho because of this. you know, former friends won't cooperate anymore (work-wise). clients decline us. hay. sa sobrang ignore/kebs ko nga, ganyan na ang nangyari, wala pa ko ginagawa and magawa! i'm not that b****y kind of girl kc who will fight eye for an eye. ako yung tipong tahimik lang. and i don't want to change my personality/attitude and become a bad person just because of her. oh, no!  :)

i'm not sure if she's deliberately flaunting the "love trinkets" to get attention and start nasty conversation. dahil dun lagi nauuwi---sa paninira sa amin. specially we're working under one roof nga. anyway...KEBS!  :)

kung naaapektuhan man yung work.. ibang usapan na yun.. try to confront her kung yun ang tingin mo makakabuti.

goodluck sis.. sana maging maayos na yan.  :D

missreese,  Yup, mejo piecemeal kasi kwento...  :)

also just to clear, i never looked at her photos intentionally. cut me some slack, i'm not that immature. we have almost a hundred common friends in FB, kaya sya lumalabas sa mga newsfeed ko. alangan namang i-delete ko lahat ng mga common friends namin?! sorry, but i won't do that just because of her!

Then dont focus on her nalang so you wont see what love trinkets she's wearing. Pwede naman i-blur ng eyes mo image nya sa mga pix ng common friends nyo.

But if still that wouldnt cut it,  baka you need to take drastic measures. Mala - if your right hand causes you to sin... kinda thing.  ;)

Anyway, i wish you well.

@lavinia48:

Is the EX your boss na dahil sa kanya di mo mapapasunod mga galamay niya? If she is, then it's not healthy for you and your husband to stay there.

If she's not your boss, and same position kayo, I don't see any reason why your officemates should not cooperate dahil lang sa paninira ni Ex. Don't blame one person for the kapalpakan at work & why clients decline you. Your colleagues have their own perspective on things and how they see you and the ex is beyond your control. I don't think din na they owe EX that much that they're willing to stick out their tongues for the Ex's benefit. Unless you gave them reasons to question your integrity as their colleague. Wag na patulan so you can focus more on your productivity.

What  can she possibly say that will make your colleagues become uncooperative when you have a history of good teamwork?  2 pa kayo in hubby affected?

What does she say to clients to make them deal elsewhere?  Hindi ba if service is good, clients will stick it out with you?
Hindi ba if she badmouths you 2 eh parang siniraan na rin nya your company???
Hindi ba in any company, there are area/boundary delineations so there will be no "poaching" of clients?
She has the power ba to distribute clients?

IMO, IMO lang naman --  the issue that needs your attention is how you will mend fences with your colleagues/teammates & clients, and not her jewelry.  If her unprofessional bad mouthing is already adversely affecting your performance --  think out how you can neutralize her.  Hindi,  hwag mo sabunutan though you have all the reasons to do so.

sis, wag mo nang pansinin yun. so what if she's wearing your hubby's gifts? ang mahalaga ay na loyal ang hubby mo sa yo. let her stew in her own juices, ika nga.

kung work related o sa work setting nangyayari pala ang paninira sa inyong mag-asawa, bakit hindi nyo ireport sa HR since naaapektuhan ang trabaho nyo?

I actually think the biggest issue is the fact that she's your husband's ex, thus automatically making her the big, bad enemy. ;D She could be this generation's Mother Teresa for all we know and you'd still hate her guts. The jewelry bit didn't help. It is, after all, in the title. You can rationalize that she is this and that but if that was really your biggest gripe, it would've been the focal point of your story from the get go. It wasn't. Fine, maybe she's being a pain in the a$$ but it seems to me that you are just looking for reasons to hate her more than you already do. It's normal- we all do it with people we don't like. We justify our dislike by looking for bigger flaws just so we can convince ourselves that we're not being petty. It really doesn't make sense that she had been affecting your work and you still haven't done anything about it. Like what was mentioned, you would've quit a long time ago or would have gone to someone who can address the problem. :)

All you can really do is, follow the tips re: work issue and two, don't nurse ill feelings towards anyone, no matter how legit your concerns are. Hate the act, not the person and then let it go. Malakas makapangit ang galit. :D

Past is past. And I agree na kanya na yun and it's none of your business na. When it was give to her you're not in the picture yet. IMO, it should only bother you if she's trying to do stuff to make papansin to your hubby... then it's a different ball game na!
