3rd day na tinatake ko an g Bee Pollen first thing upon waking and before eating. So one scoop of Bee Pollen, followed by one glass of water.. After 30 mintues, gutom na ako! Haha.. Wala pa ako naffeel na effect na appetite suppresant, pero it's only been 3 days.. Let's see until maubos ko yung bottle.

^^there's a seller in ebay who ships the bee pollen thru xend or mc express and these courier co. charge 50 for mm shipping and 100 for provincial shipping.
