Pet shop business

hi mga sis...

due to some recent changes in our family dynamics, i find myself having extra time on my hands now...of course, i still want to be productive and we do have extra space downstairs. gusto ko sana mag-petshop. i want to start selling tropical fishes, aquariums, dog food, etc.

problem ko lang i don't know anyone personally to help me start out. mga petshops na suki ko medyo reluctant to share information (understandably), saka yung mga tauhan lang kasi ka-buddy ko, not really the owners. so i'm hoping someone in GT could offer some advice/tips...

for starters, i wish to know these basics...
1. capital needed? i'll start out small lang naman, siguro 10 aquariums lang?
2. permits needed? may special permits ba aside from the usual mayor's permit? dti? etc...
3. suppliers ng fish? pet supplies? san banda sila pinupuntahan?
