PCOS ~ Metformine and Clomid (Clomphene) ?

Hi everyone! 

I've been here and reading post even before I got married and now, time has come for me to ask you guys for some advises lalo na sa mga may PCOS din at nag take ng the same medication

OB told me na may PCOS daw ako (pero dahil lang sa inultrasound coz I thought I was preggy at nakita nya ang ovaries ko that they seem to have small egg)

So, nag proceed nako sa medication. I started my metformine Jan. After met, na delay ako ng konti at nag ka period ng Feb 8, so I started clomid Feb 9. But before that dinugo ako sa met for  a day kala ko preggy na ko (sakit talaga mag assume   haha)

Anyways, d ako ng eexercise, d din ako ng cucut-down sa sweets kasi wala namang inadvice ang OB ko. Advise lang sana and encouragement sa ano ang best na dapat kung gawin while taking the medication?

Gano katagal kaya bago ko mag ka baby?

Sis, nasa healthy lifestyle din pag treat sa PCOS. Bukod sa medications mo, iwas din sa white rice and white bread and pasta. And you need to move din.

PCOS patient din ako DATI. Not taking any meds now. Supplement na lang ng Evening Primrose Oil. Ginawa ko, healthy lifestyle and exercise talaga.

hello mga sis, anong brand ng metformin gamit nyo? Dati huamet at glucophage tinatake ko, side effect saken eh pumapayat ako kahit anong kain ko. Ngayon ang binigay saken ng ob ko sunward, parang tumataba naman ako.. Sa inyo ano effect ng metformin?
