BLOOD on Fried Chicke ar ARMY NAVY (Glorietta)

At 2:38 PM (22 January 2016), my friend and I decided to have a quick bite at Army Navy Glorietta2. There weren't much people  so I realized this was the perfect place to eat. We ordered 2pc Fearless Chicken, Cheese Quesadilla, Fries and liber-tea. We waited for 20 minutes, then the fries, quesadilla and iced tea arrived. We started munching on these as we were completely hungry. I have been calling and asking waiters to kindly follow up the chicken and they just either shrugged off the request and did not come back to us. We waited a bit longer as we finished the food. I wanted to cancel as I lost my appetite already for having waited too long. After a few minutes, my friend went to the counter and asked to follow up the order-- they now said "sis mga 5mins po, nag low temp po kasi yung fryer". I was getting impatient, but my friend insisted to wait. And so, we waited. Now here comes the fried chicken- after another whopping 12minutes (yes i set up my timer on my iphone after they asked for another 5minutes). I was willing to compromise for the time because I was hungry! Then I saw this red spot. I thought they just dropped some hot sauce on the chicken because the consistency was definitely NOT ketchup. So, I got a tissue and tapped on it to remove it. I was about to eat when I saw that it was bubbling, the blood was actually making its way out of the chicken. It was bubbling because it was still hot! I realized it was BLOOD. Oh my! I called the waiter right away and told him that their chicken had fresh blood coming out. He pulled the chicken from our table right away! I am so lucky I was able to take a photo of it. I told him, let the chicken stay as I will take more photos but he literally got it and left. He went back to me and said they will just "refund" the chicken and gave us "complimentary nachos" (just plain nachos, like 10pcs). I said; "no thanks hindi ko kailangan ng nachos nyo". They refunded the chicken (i will post the photo of the new receipt too). I was not satisfied. It felt like they were even laughing about it and brushing off the alarming issue. So I asked to speak with their manager - named KEVIN. I told him "Do you know na may blood yung chicken nyo?" Then he said "ay opo", and then i was waiting for explanation. He managed to say next "ano pong gusto nyo gawin namin?" I did not reply as i was dumbfounded by how a manager reacted to the situation. He seemed nonchalant about it. Like it's a regular small thing. And then he said "gusto nyo po ba ng complimentary meal?". I got pissed, I said "hindi ko kailangan ng complimentary meal mo or anything, that is not what I'm after" and he bluntly said "sorry po". The. I said "that's enough, i don't want to talk to you anymore." And then we left.

It is alarming how these managers and waiters respond to these matters. Like they do not care. Yes. They do not care at all. I will take this matter to court if I should. I did not want their money, complimentary food or whatsoever. I want to see a prompt and smart action from them. I was very apalled. Never again, Army Navy. I will report this to DTI. I still have the tissue paper with blood with me. I have always loved Army Navy, it being a big company. But their customer service and cleanliness was very poor.

Please be careful in eating at Army Navy Glorietta.

Hindi ko lang alam if nasa tamang thread ka pero gets ko yang point mo. Kailangan pa kasi talagang itaas ang antas ng customer service sa Phils hindi lang sa army navy.

I'm not quite sure why this is a big deal? It happens, a lot. They refunded you, what else were you expecting?

^based on the story ni hindi man lang sila nag apologize, feeling ko yun ang ikinagagalit ni sis pretty face. Nakakainsulto nga naman na tanungin ka na ano pong gusto nyo?Complimentary meal? Imbes na magsorry na lang at magpromise na hindi na mauulit.

Mukhang kailangan ng isa pang round ng training ng mga crew.ireport mo sa main office nila sis.tingnan ko kung hindi umikot ang mga pw3t nila.

Experienced not bloody but raw chicken halfway my meal sa Bacolod Inasal sa Harbor Drive MOA branch. And guess what they did di nila pinalitan inihaw ulit yung di ko naubos at nilagyan ng half cup of rice. Napailing na lang ako dahil wala ako sa mood makipagtalo that time. Ni walang hingi ng dispensa from any of the staff. They don't care kaya never na ako babalik duon.

Since pati yung branch manager e mukhang walang pakialam, I suggest i-report mo yung nangyari sa head office nila para mas magawan ng proper action.  I-attach mo yung photocopy ng receipt, and printouts ng photos that you took.  You can also furnish a copy of the complaint to the DTI.
