While most of us still haven’t figured out what we want to do in our careers, this five-year-old girl seems to have it all together. Mayhem, as she’s fondly called, is only in Kindergarten, but she’s also J. Crew’s newest and youngest fashion designer and is set to come out with a line called Little Mayhem. According to TIME.com, it will be inspired by the entries on her blog Fashion by Mayhem, which her mom Angie Kaiser helps run. We’d be so jealous if she weren’t so adorable!

Wish you could find the same happiness in your career? Here are a few suggestions to help you get in touch with the worker bee in you.

1. Take a long break.
You probably just need a vacation. Go on a long trip—here's how you can travel long-term without going broke—and just plain enjoy the experience. As much as possible, don't think about work. Leave all thoughts of clients, deadlines, and bosses behind. By the time you report back to HQ, you'll be as good as new.

2. Map out your career plans.
Ask yourself where you see yourself five years from now and work your way backwards. If you want to be promoted as country manager, for example, do you need to be the head of a department first? To be a department head, do you need to be team leader first? List down all the hoops you need to go through. You don't necessarily have to follow this route IRL, but writing it down gives you a better perspective of what your dream position actually entails.

3. Spend some time on your own.
It's hard to hit the reset button when you're constantly surrounded by people. Once in a while, schedule some "alone" time on your planner, make plans with yourself, and rediscover that which makes you happy.

4. Dress for success.
Remember, people who dress like a boss end up becoming the boss.

5. Reward yourself with an end-of-the-week treat!
Who's counting calories? No one! At the end of a grueling workweek, the only thing you need is a box of Auntie Anne's Pull-A-Parts with Nutella. Made from freshly baked dough, this sweet treat is slathered with Nutella and topped with Auntie Anne's signature almond crunch. Yum! Work BVs just went away.
