Anna Cay's first order of business right after getting married is opening her own business with her husband Geloy—a milk tea shop called TeaTalk! In her Vlogmas Day 14 and 15 video upload, she shared with us the process of franchising a business. "Ang tagal namin hinintay 'to. Nag-fo-fall into place na [ang lahat]," the content creator divulged.

She also reminded other business owners not to lose patience and hope during the pandemic. "Puro pasensya talaga kailangan mo sa panahon ngayon. Pasensya dahil kung may existing business ka, maaaring 'di gaano nagpi-pick up o kumikita. Pasensya kasi ang hirap maghanap ng trabaho ngayon. Kapit lang kayo."
Anna also showed the training process and seminars that came with the franchise package she chose. Before opening the shop, her hired staff had to go through some lessons in mixing the drinks and learning the menu. She said that she wanted to sit in with them because even though she won't be the one doing the actual serving, it still pays to know the process.
Anna shared that in the soft opening for both branches (Tuscany, Bonifacio Global City and Sta. Lucia, Cainta), they will only be serving 10 to 12 drinks on the menu so as not to overwhelm both the staff and customers. She also showed us the tasting process that she and the others did to figure out the exact drinks they wanted to serve during the soft opening.
