“We've had a fascinating time seeing language blooming around here,” the twins’ mom (a twin herself) is quoted as saying in an AFP report.
"These kids are right on the cusp of language," Stephen Camarata, professor of Hearing and Speech sciences at Vanderbilt Kennedy Center, tells ABC. "They're using the intonation patterns of sentences--imitating sentences in a crude way."
