Today’s fast-paced lifestyle often causes us to keep moving from one task to another without stopping. And let’s face it, this gets very stressful! To make sure you’re able to manage these crazy days, add any of these five-minute habits into your schedule:

1. Start the day with Cuddle Time


Instead of jumping out of bed and starting your day in a rush, savor an extra five minutes in bed cuddling with your kids or catching up with your hubby. This lets you start your day feeling high and positive instead of stressed.

2. Prepare your menu for the day

When you take just five minutes to plan what you’ll be cooking for lunch and dinner, you can tell your kids that their favorite meals will be waiting for them when they get home. This gives them something to look forward to, and also makes cooking less stressful for you. Be sure to complete these meals with the real fruit taste of the new and improved Tang!

3. Meditate

When you feel overwhelmed with all the chores you have to do, just sit in a comfortable position and follow your breath—breathe in… breathe out…. Then, allow your thoughts to roam freely. Keep your focus on your breath for five minutes, and you’ll feel more relaxed and ready to take on your tasks for the day.


4. Declutter your home

When you ignore kalat, it can pile up until it’s a big mess that you don’t even want to touch. Take five minutes every day to straighten up your home to avoid a massive general cleaning session. Throw out old bills, recycle empty bottles, and make sure everything is in its proper place.

5. Sit down and enjoy a glass of Tang

You may not realize it, but you’ve been working around the house all day non-stop since the kids left for school. Make a conscious effort to stop whatever you’re doing, sit down, and refresh yourself with a glass of the new and improved Tang Orange, Tang Mango, or Tang Pineapple!

6. Have Sharing Time to end the day

Gather the family even for just five minutes before bedtime, and let each person share something good about their day. It will be fun to listen to stories from your kids about their friends in school, and this lets you end each day on a happy note with the most important people in your life.
