There are some school teachers who can instill fear in the hearts of their students with just a glance. However, Roger Boddie, the jolly principal of Hingham middle school, is clearly well-loved by his students. When he announced his retirement, his students and staff surprised him with a touching tribute to show how much they appreciate him. Watch it below.
