In Hollywood, celeb moms are on their toes to lose their pregnancy weight gain immediately after giving birth, and to get snapped with their "post-baby body." But celeb moms Kourtney Kardashian and Drew Barrymore beg to differ.

Redbook shares their thoughts on dealing with post-baby weight. Barrymore shares, "I think it's crazy to worry about [getting back to pre-baby weight]. It takes nine months to build, it takes nine months to unbuild, at best."

Kardashian, on the other hand, does it the old-fashioned way. She has been sharing Instagram pics of her hitting the gym to get back in shape slowly but surely. Judging from her photos, she's been shedding four pounds in a month—a healthy time frame and number, according to experts.

Redbook also mentioned Hilary Duff's realistic expections on the road to being a fit mom. The singer-actress explained that she prefers to eat grown-woman food rather than starving herself on diets.

While these stars are privileged to have flexible working schedules, they prove that they're humans like us—it takes them hard work, a sensible diet, and patience to lose the post-preggy pounds.
