When Kim Kardashian was pregnant with baby North, she kept her baby weight at bay by working out with famous trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson. According to HollywoodLife.com, Kim did a combination of “toning exercises known as muscular structure and dance cardio” almost every day! However, working out with a baby bump didn't just help Kim slip into her favorite formfitting dresses. According to researchers from the University of Auckland in New Zealand, babies whose moms exercised may be less likely to develop diabetes and become obese, reports TIME. Thinking of working out? 1. Yoga
Whether you’re in your first, second, or third trimester, yoga is a great way to keep fit. In an interview with Examiner.com Jessica Alba couldn’t help but talk about the benefits of yoga. "I have a bad back and bad knees and it really prepares your body. The more limber you are and the stronger you are, the easier your birth. And isn’t that what everybody wants?”

2. Swimming
Swimming is said to be one of the best exercises for expecting moms who want to get fit. LiveStrong reports that “it improves blood circulation to the fetus, enhances the body's use of oxygen, strengthens and tones the large muscle groups in the arms and legs, and eases pregnancy-related physical discomforts.” When Natalie Portman was pregnant with her first child, she told Us Magazine that she had been swimming every day.

3. Piloxing
Piloxing is a combination of Pilates, boxing, and dance—a workout actress Hilary Duff swore by when she was still pregnant. Her trainer, Vivica Jensen told Self.com, "I put a lot of focus into balance and alignment which can be thrown off when you're pregnant. You also get a great cardio workout and the boxing element tones your arms and legs.”
