When Kim Kardashian was pregnant with baby North, she kept her baby weight at bay by working out with famous trainer to the stars Tracy Anderson. According to HollywoodLife.com, Kim did a combination of “toning exercises known as muscular structure and dance cardio” almost every day! Swimming is said to be one of the best exercises for expecting moms who want to get fit. 3. Piloxing
Piloxing is a combination of Pilates, boxing, and dance—a workout actress Hilary Duff swore by when she was still pregnant. Her trainer, Vivica Jensen told Self.com, "I put a lot of focus into balance and alignment which can be thrown off when you're pregnant.
