Stereotypes such as a woman’s place being in the kitchen are no longer widely tolerated today thanks to gender equality efforts throughout the years, but seeing real evidence of husbands who really respect and admire their wives in the professional capacity never gets old. Here, seven amazing men who set a good example for the rest of the population.

1. George Clooney to Amal Alamuddin
At a benefit honouring Paul Newman’s philanthropic efforts, Clooney gave a speech and couldn’t help but bring up his amazing wife. “Since 1988, these camps have [helped] over a half million sick kids and their families from over five, from over 50, not just 500 countries... that would be too many. There aren't that many...Are there 500 countries?” Clooney said. “My wife's the smart one.”
2. Ben Affleck to Jennifer Garner
We last saw Affleck in the chilling movie Gone Girl, and we’ll probably see more of him in the films he’s wrapping up, but soon, it’ll be Garner’s time to shine. “Ben is super busy and I'm super happy for him,” she said. “I chose to stay home this year and just said, ‘Go for it babe. Do it all. Do Gone Girl, do Batman, do The Accountant. Do everything.’ I want that for him and I'm happy for him. And he says the same to me. Except that he's really busy. But he understands that when I really have to do it, we figure it out.”

3. JC Intal to Bianca Gonzalez-Intal
They may come from two different worlds, but that didn’t stop Intal from supporting his wife’s book launch. In the cutest Instagram post, the basketball player posed with a cut out of Gonzalez’ mini me, with a copy of Paano Ba ‘To in hand with the caption “Look at my new bae! #PAANOBATO.”

4. Channing Tatum to Jenna Dewan-Tatum
The Magic Mike XXL star definitely takes his husband duties seriously. At the Golden Globes red carpet last January, Tatum was seen holding his wife’s Carolina Herrera train to keep it from trailing on the rain-soaked walkway. “I have an hourly rate: Anyone that needs their train held, I'm here,” jokes Tatum. We can only imagine how adorable they are at home!
5. Eddie Redmayne to Hannah Bagshawe
Redmayne clearly loves married life. He says as much during the British Academy Film Awards’ winners' press conference backstage at London’s Royal Opera House. Need more proof? The Oscar winner was seen giving his wife a piggyback ride during the Golden Globes earlier this year. He also understands that his wife has her own office responsibilities to meet. “Hannah works,” he said. “She has a proper job so I cooked dinner!”

6. Justin Timberlake to Jessica Biel
We love guys who support their wives’ endeavors, so when we heard that Timberlake took a private plane to see his very pregnant wife at the set of her new project called The Devil and The Deep Blue Sa, we couldn’t help but let out collective awws!

7. Dingdong Dantes to Marian Rivera
Here’s another hubby who can’t resist visiting his wife. In an Instagram post, Dantes showed that he visited Rivera during her first day at culinary school. Could he be her official taste tester?
