Is traveling part of your to-do list when the pandemic is over? If a coffee crawl around South Korea is in your travel bucket list, you should add the largest Starbucks branch to your itinerary!
On July 24, Starbucks celebrated its 21st anniversary in South Korea by opening its largest store in Yangpyeong, Gyeonngi, which overlooks the scenic Namhan River. This three-story, 1,203-square-meter Starbucks branch is the first-ever Starbucks in Korea that includes a Reserve coffee bar, Teavana bar, and a drive-thru format.
According to Starbucks, they plan to invite local talents to perform on the store's rooftop. This is part of Starbucks Korea's overall ongoing efforts to create more opportunities for the people in the country.
For coffee fans who are also into K-drama, you should also add the Yangpyeong Dumulmeori Park! This park, which is also in Yangpyeong, is the location where they shot scenes from She Was Pretty, Melting Me Softly, and Goddess of Marriage.
