Kota Kinabalu is a beautiful but oddly familiar place. The city's topography is similar to ours (lots of water surrounding the city), our climates are the same (we're both found near the equator), and the locals look just like us (hence, the popularity of our own teleseryes and stars like Jericho Rosales). Much like us, their locals are friendly and eager to find out what brings you to their rapidly developing island.
