We know, intellectually, that texting while driving is dangerous--just as dangerous as driving while under the influence. So why do so many of us keep doing it?

One Belgian road safety awareness campaign involved tricking several strangers into believing that a new law required individuals to prove that they could text while they drove in order to get a license. Watch the video below to see how successful the campaign was.
