To kick-off the celebration of five amazing years in the Philippines, Women’s Health is hosting the biggest beauty and wellness event to hit Boracay this summer! Yep. We’re not exaggerating. We’ve already packed our bags (including the magazine’s April 2014 issue), bought our plane tickets, and booked our hotels! Now, all we have to do is wait and lament about why April 11 can’t come soon enough!
1. It’s going to be held in Boracay!
The white sands, the endless parties, the gorgeous peeps… It’s no wonder that Boracay is on every bucket list every summer! Here’s a tip though: If you really want to make your Bora trip one for the books, make sure you drop by the Pearl of the Pacific (Station 1) and the Women's Health Beauty Dome in Crystal Sand (Station 2) from April 11 to 13!
2. It’s the perfect opportunity to show off our beach bods!
Frolicking on the beach in a bikini is so 2013. This summer, the best way to rock your traffic-stopping curves is by joining Women’s Health’s workout classes right on the beach! Choose from Hatha Yoga, Piloxing, a Flirty Girl Fitness-inspired workout, and a Pound-inspired Rockout workout! We promise your arms will never look more toned, your abs will never be more prominent, and your thighs will never look sexier!
3. We get to undergo a beach babe makeover!
Get your hair and nails done when you stop by the Women’s Health Beauty Dome in Crystal Sand (Station 2) from April 11 to April 13, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There are four beauty stations in all (and one of them will even teach you how to create fuss-free summer braids!), and once the stylists are done with you, guys from Station 1 to infinity won’t be able to keep their eyes off of you (if they aren’t already doing so already!).
4. We get to meet the Women’s Health team!
It’s always important to be able to greet someone happy birthday face-to-face, so in celebration of Women’s Health’s five amazing years in the Philippines, why not tell EIC Lara and the rest of the team just what a great job they’re doing? At the very least, it’ll give you that good-deed glow that’s just perfect for the beach!
5. It’s the ultimate girl power powwow!
Women’s Health may be celebrating five years in the country, but they’re also celebrating girl power with their High5 campaign, so whether you’re celebrating the fact that you’re fiercely loyal to the people you love, like health rights activitst Ami Swanepoel or the fact that you embrace personal growth like multi-awarded actress Iza Calzado, you deserve a High5!
