There’s no shortage of places to eat at in South Korea’s capital, from cozy cafés serving fruit-topped bingsu and sweet potato lattes, to noisy barbecue joints where you grill your own meat and down cups of soju. But one of our favorite ways to experience a city’s cuisine is by following our noses to the open-air stalls that line the streets.
To make the most out of your trip to Seoul, watch Cosmo.ph's video below for authentic street food you have to try!
If you find yourself in Myeongdong (and we sure you will on more than one occasion), don’t stop at hoarding skincare and makeup products. Refuel between shopping marathons by having a bite at the many food stalls in the area. Warning: You might not want to see this on an empty stomach!
You’ll find the majority clustered around Myeongdong Theater, so head straight here if you’ve got food on your mind.
