Several roads in Metro Manila were impassable Thursday morning due to floods as Typhoon Ulysses continued to dump rains over parts of Luzon.

The following roads were reported flooded by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority:
- EDSA Shaw Tunnel Northbound- Knee-deep floods as of 5:30 a.m. Not passable to all types of vehicles
- E. Rodriguez Kaliraya- Waist-deep floods as of 6:58 a.m. Not passable to all types of vehicles
- Maria Clara St. Domingo Southbound- Chest deep. Not passable to all types of vehicles
- EDSA Orense Southbound—Half-tire floods as of 7:41 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles
- C5 BCDA Nortbound/Southbound-Knee-deep floods as of 9:22 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles
- Araneta SM Centerpoint Eastbound/Westbound- Knee-deep floods as of 9:28 a.m. Not passable to light vehicles
- Marcos Highway Ligaya Westbound- Waist-deep floods. Not passable to all types of vehicles
