This homeowner's humble abode is in an old condominium building in the middle of Makati’s business district. Despite her limited budget, this homeowner managed to work her magic to turn her home from blah to bold. What was once a barely furnished studio unit is now divided into three distinct sleeping, living, and dining areas accented with black, white, and bold primary colors. Since this is basically minimalist in design, you won’t find too many knickknacks lying around her place. The rest of the items are small accessories that accentuate the space or provide extra storage.
