Fear can manifest in different ways. It could come in the form of an aversion to insects such as spiders and cockroaches. It could also be a fear of specific circumstances such as getting stuck in an elevator if you're afraid of small spaces, staying on the top floor of a building when you don't do well with heights, or being left alone in public if you can't handle crowds. Still others are afraid of dying, succumbing to a terminal illness, or being lonely.
For some people, their fears don't just concern themselves. For example, there are those who are afraid of losing their loved ones like a mom who constantly worries about her kids getting kidnapped, which can make her overprotective. No matter what kind of fears you have, we'd love it if you shared the story behind them with us.
