Vicki Belo believes the secret to staying youthful is maintaining a fit body.

"Your body should still be fit, you should work out," the Belo Medical group medical director tells in an interview in June 2018.

For the beauty doctor, "age is just a number."


She says, "Sabi ko nga, people shouldn't know your age... Everything is about maintenance. Huwag mo pabayaan ang sarili mo."

So how does the 64-year-old beauty mogul stay fit?

In her latest Instagram post, Vicki mentions bikram yoga.

Published as is, her caption reads: "People always ask me what I think the best workout Is. I think it's @bikramyogamakati168.

"It detoxifies, develops strength, balance, flexibility, and tone. It also helps me lose weight and sleep better. Been doing it for 10 years and my body looks for it."

According to an article by, Bikram yoga or "hot yoga" involves a sequence of "26 postures and two breathing exercises" that must be performed "within 90 minutes in a heated room."


The heat is set to "100-degrees-plus."

Bikram yoga allows the body "to stretch, detoxify, relieve stress, tone, and heal chronic pain such as arthritis, joint aches, knee injuries, back problems, and more."

Vicki turned 64 on January 25.
