We live in a society where being an extrovert is highly encouraged. Being cheerful and friendly are considered ideal traits, while being shy and sensitive are typically not encouraged.

However, while extroversion is desirable, we shouldn’t discount the positive aspects of introversion. It's important to remember that being an introvert isn’t a bad thing, and there’s absolutely no need to be embarrassed about preferring to keep to yourself.
