According to a study featured on Prevention.com, just thinking of your loved one can instantly give you a jolt of energy worthy of a caffeine shot. Apparently, daydreaming about your man, thinking about how you feel when you're with him, or remembering your last kilig conversation can push your blood sugar and cortisol levels up

"Although it may not feel the same, it's the exact response your body has to bad stress," says study author Sarah Stanton, a psychology graduate student at Western Ontario University.

Minus all the negative feelings associated with it, of course!
