Yoga, apart from calming the senses, can help tone and strengthen the body. We consulted Tanya dela Cruz and Anna Luisa Tolentino of Onelife Studio to teach us several yoga poses that we can do at home to help us firm up our muscles. But before you start, do a pre-workout stretch like the video below to loosen up tight muscles and prevent injury.
