Here's a bit of good news for those who have a knack for business. The Huffington Post reports that setting up shop may actually be good for one's health.

The Bank of America conducted a survey on 1,300 small business owners in the US. According to results, more than half of the entrepreneurs—especially the younger crowd—felt healthier when they became in charge of their own business. 35 percent reported that they've started exercising more, while 29 percent have reportedly shifted to better diets. Approximately half of the respondents also reported getting seven to eight hours of sleep every night..

Optimism may also have an effect in their improved health, as most of the business owners believe that they'll expand and increase revenue within the year.

Of course, an entrepreneur’s life isn't completely stress-free, but if you’re passionate about your business, you'll find that doing what you love will give you more time for yourself and your health as well as a better outlook in life.
