Every woman has a goddess inside her. You may have heard this before and dismissed it as an overly sentimental or flighty way of thinking. But we’re not talking about the goddesses of myth and legend. The goddess inside of you is you—she’s just the best “you” you can be, the woman who is utterly confident, strong, intelligent, generous, and loving.

But life and our own negativity so often keep our inner goddesses from emerging.
