The Philippine branch of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is holding an online fundraising auction entitled "Auction for Action" on May 25 for the benefit of children’s programs in the country and worldwide. Greenbelt Ayala Malls, Ebay.ph, Cibo, and Cibo di M tapped experts in fields like fashion, art, photography, food, furniture, and the like who donated items and packages for the auction.

UNICEF Special Advocate for Children Daphne Oseña Paez, who helps educate moms on maternal health, shares, "I want to help UNICEF raise awareness and funds for all their other goals: providing children with health care, access to safe water and sanitation, education, and protection from violence, abuse and exploitation.”

UNICEF Special Advocate for Children Bianca Gonzalez is also ecstatic about UNICEF’s newest project. “I’ve been working with UNICEF since 2007 and I’m very excited to be a part of this unique fundraising auction. Whilst online auctions are quite new to the Philippines, it’s very secure and the best thing is you can participate from anywhere.”
