In the spirit of girl power, Modess has launched the #MakeYourMove campaign, which encourages Filipinas to start lobbying for change through the things they are passionate about. At their recent Style with a Soul bazaar, Modess also introduced three exemplary women whose respective advocacies have inspired countless young Filipinas.

Arianne Serafico, founder and editor-in-chief of WanderrGirl, encourages her readers to pursue their passions every day. Noreen Marian Bautista, co-founder of Jacinto & Lirio, motivates every Filipina to showcase Pinay pride through entrepreneurship. Tata Garcia, football coach at Brent International School, helps young kids discover their talent in sports. As different as the things they are passionate about may seem, all three have successfully contributed to a better tomorrow.

“We believe that whether or not it is your red day, you can and should keep moving, especially if it is to help the people around you,” says Tina Sabarre, Marketing Director of Johnson & Johnson. “We want to encourage teens to continue making meaningful differences in the lives of the people around them because we know that there is so much more to teens than what most people initially see. That’s why we encourage her to #MakeYourMove.”
