A Chinese boy, Nong Youhui, has blue eyes that enable him to see clearly at night. Early on, his father, Mr. Ling, was concerned about his son’s blue eyes. He took his son to a hospital in Dahua, southern China, but the doctors informed him that he need not be alarmed. He was told that his son’s eyes would soon change to black.
