Tim Ho Wan is a restaurant that needs no introduction. Having attained a one-Michelin Star rating within its first year of operations, it has been on every foodie’s must-visit list since. Now, though, loyal customers don’t have to go so far as to book a flight to Hong Kong just to get a taste of Chef Mak Kwai Pui’s delicious dim sum, as Rikki Dee of Mesa and Todd English has brought the famous restaurant to the Philippines! Not unlike its other branches, however, the newly opened Tim Ho Wan at the SM Mega Fashion Hall also has long lines at the door, but we’re willing to wait. Here are five reasons why:
