Take advantage of the summer harvest with this delightfully refreshing smoothie to help fight the heat. Not only is this drink delicious, but it’s also packed with vitamins and minerals, making this drink a great way to cool down this season!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes 4 servings
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1⁄2 cup canned lychee, drained
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons condensed milk or honey
1 cup crushed ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Garnish with a slice of mango and serve immediately.
